So, just following up on yesterday, I was supposed to get a return call from John Edwards at the Home Office. Well, surprise surprise, it never showed up and the number’s still blocked.

Got a call earlier from someone named John Edwards, missed it but there was a voicemail about sending money to someone in Ghana. When I rang back and asked where he was calling from, he claimed it was "The Home Office." If that was genuine, surely they wouldn’t be ringing from an Aberdeen number instead of a withheld one? He said he’d ring me again in the morning but I’ve blocked the number just in case. The number was 01224015521.

Someone rang me saying I’d supposedly sent money to Nigeria. I just told them to mind their own business. I guess they were talking about some transfer via Western Union or PayPal or something. They asked me a couple of questions, which I ignored, then they just ended the call.
