Then he said he worked for “unique choice”, but then claimed he couldn’t understand me and just ended the call. Quite strange.

To add to the situation, I've been inundated with calls from several different numbers this week, all supposedly linked to Aberdeen, and every caller has had a name that seemed utterly fanciful. Just a warning to everyone, keep your wits about you!

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who kept asking me if I was Jordan Wilkinson. She even read out an address to check but that wasn't me at all. Each time I told her I’m not the person she’s after, she kept pushing with more questions. After I asked why she was trying to reach Jordan, she finally hung up. Quite a strange experience!

Sounds like one of those call centres from India, you could hear all the noise in the background and their accents were pretty obvious.
