Today my pay-as-you-go emergency phone suddenly rang, which caught me off guard since I’ve never shared that number with anyone. I just let it go to voicemail and decided to block the number straight away because no one’s meant to be calling me on that line. Usually, the only time that phone makes a sound is when I call it from my main phone to check if the SIM card’s still working.
