Alex Singleton openly said in an email that he intended to make us lose business, and we have proof of this. We carried out a repair, which unfortunately didn’t work despite us providing test reports and screenshots. We also sent a donor unit that was guaranteed to be working, delivered to Alex Singleton through an engineer. The engineer did everything they could to program the donor unit to his car, but it still failed.
