Had a woman call me, very insistent, saying she was there about loft insulation. Told her I'd recently had it sorted, then she quickly switched to saying she was doing safety inspections in lofts. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

They’re some kind of sales firm. I never pick up if I don’t know the number but today I called them back and hit 9 to stop them from calling again. Honestly, why do they keep ringing? It’s just pointless.

I got a call from a woman with an accent I could barely make out, claiming she wanted to set up a safety inspection for our loft insulation. She kept insisting it wasn’t a sales pitch or anything like that. She mustve had my details from somewhere, maybe the electoral roll, because she knew my full name and address. I told her straight up that I don’t entertain companies that ring out of the blue like this and hung up. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

i tried calling the number but it says it’s not recognised, maybe double check the digits and try calling again?

I wasn't sure who it was, so I tried calling back and just got that old dial-up noise. Seems like it might be one of those scams to me.
