You’ll hear a robot saying “connecting you” again and again, but you never actually get connected to anyone. In the end, you’re left stuck on the phone and get hit with a massive charge!

Got a random call about investment opportunities, but it turns out the firm isn’t listed with the FCA and might even be a cloned business. Would really recommend being super careful with anything like that. Also, the 0122 numbers they used are actually premium rate - can charge anywhere from 9p to 40p a minute. Watch out!
