I didn't actually get a call from this number, but I encountered a dodgy email claiming to be a PayPal receipt for a purchase I never made. This number was listed as the one to ring up to sort out the cancellation. I went straight to PayPal's official site to verify, and lo and behold, the number they provided is a totally different one (an 0203 London line). It seems like a classic scam attempt!
