This number popped up in one of those spam emails I got today.

I never got a call from this number but I did get a dodgy email saying I'd made a payment through PayPal for something I didn’t order. The email had this number as the way to cancel the order. I went on the real PayPal site and the contact number listed there was totally different, a London 0203 one. Definitely seems fishy to me.
