Just got a call from 01223944528 and when I picked up, there was a recorded message telling me to press 1 or else I'd be arrested for tax evasion or fraud. It seemed really dodgy since I thought HMRC doesn’t do automated calls like that with threats. Has anyone else had something similar? Would be good to hear if you know what’s going on. I’ve already made a note of the number just in case.
