I received a call purporting to be from HMRC, but it turned out to be nothing more than an automated message. The speed at which they spoke made it all quite difficult to grasp what they were saying.

So this number says they're from HMRC but honestly it's just some robot on the line. Talked so fast I couldn't even catch what they were saying properly.

I received a rather dodgy call from an American voice, claiming to be regarding an Amazon gift card order that was supposedly over £700! They rattled off two options for me to choose from, including one to report potential fraud. I opted to hang up rather than engage further, and when I attempted to call back, the line was busy. The thing is, I’ve not purchased any gift cards for that amount at all!
