Got a annoying ring on my personal phone, totally unwanted.

Got calls from 01223790495 on my two phones, one after the other, all on 24.05.22, then got another call the next day, 25.05.22. Don’t know who they are at all, so I’ve blocked the number now. Feels like it might be some timeshare scam going on.

Received a call from someone who said they were part of a 'compliance and audit team' looking into 'time shares' or 'cancelled holidays'. When I inquired about how they obtained my information, they couldn't really provide a clear response. I further probed whether they were a limited company, to which she replied in the negative. So, naturally, I pressed her on how they operate or who had initiated the inquiry. She seemed quite flustered and couldn't provide any information, then accused me of 'showing off'. At that point, I decided it was best to hang up.

I got a call at 11:24 today, so I phoned back only to be put through to a switchboard. A woman answered and mentioned there's loads of companies linked to that number. She said she’d try to get the person who rang me to return the call. I’ve just blocked it now.
