On the afternoon of 13 June, I dialled 1471 and heard a message saying I had a missed call from 01223790193 at 15:52 the previous day. It told me to press 3 if I wanted to call back. After pressing 3, a voice said to stay on the line to be connected to the next operator, with some piano music playing softly in the background.
