20/04/2022 Like someone else mentioned, the person on the phone spoke with an "Indian" accent and there was quite a bit of background noise. She insisted it wasn’t a sales call but wanted to check if my house was eligible for some kind of insulation grant. When she asked if I owned the property, I replied, "I will, once I've paid it off," and she just said thanks and hung up, wishing me a nice day (which honestly felt odd). Blocked the number straight away.

I think this was some kind of call forwarding trick. The bloke who called had an accent that seemed like it was from India or nearby. He asked for me directly by name, so I kinda replied with, “how’s the weather over there?” and then he just hung up straight away.

I couldn’t really catch most of what she said, just random bits here and there, making the whole message impossible to understand. Sounded just like those other calls I keep getting about loft insulation II. When I told her I couldn’t understand, they just dropped the call straight away. Another one added to my blocked numbers list - proper annoying!
