Got a call about some insurance extension on my TV gear that I never signed up for. They claimed I’d been shelling out £11.99 every month for a year, which is rubbish. I asked where this payment was even coming from but the bloke couldn’t give me any details. Told him I wanted my money back since I never agreed to it, and then he just cut me off. Proper dodgy behaviour.
