In just the past couple of days, I've been through an accident and also got mis-sold a pension. When they called, I couldn’t pick up 'cause I was already on the phone. Anyway, cheers to whocm ###, I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number now.

I got a call from a woman with a strong northern accent from re-thinkenergyuk[###]. She said it was just a quick survey about your energy setup - stuff like if you’ve got damp, checking your loft insulation, and having a look at your boiler. She assured me there was no selling or attempts to switch your energy provider. Apparently they’ve got a team operating locally and would pop round for about an hour to check everything related to energy. She said it’s a free service, which honestly sounds a bit suspicious to me. Just be careful with these calls.

I’m in my late 60s and honestly, I’m really fed up with all these calls. Even when I block the numbers, somehow they keep ringing me. It’s frustrating that no one ever answers when I call back too.

She started off claiming it was about energy and somehow already knew our names. I told her I wasn't interested, but then she got really rude and snapped at me. So I just ended the call and blocked the number.
