Some bloke rang me claiming to be Mathew from the Energy Advisory Service in Oxford, but the number showed up as Cambridge. He said my loft insulation hadn’t been checked and might break building rules. He wanted to give me a free survey and asked if I owned the house. When I told him I don’t, he just ended the call straight away.
