I told them they’d probably dialled the wrong number, but it sounded like a proper person on the line. They were working some kind of gig convincing folks about loft insulation. I reckon stuff like this will only get worse since the government’s really pushing people on this climate change thing lately.

I got a call about some supposed government scheme for insulation claiming theyd fitted it at my place. Thing is, I dont have any government funded insulation at all. This was the second time I’d been called about it. Just yday, a withheld number rang me, some bloke called Mr Macfarlane or something, mentioned loft insulation needing all my fibreglass taken out and swapped for low pro stuff. I told him I wasn’t bothered but he just wouldn’t stop going on, so I had to end the call halfway through.
