My lad joined some kind of contest and ever since he's been getting texts that are charging us loads, each one costing more than the last. Sadly, he never mentioned a word to us, so the bill's shot up quite a bit. There's no way to block these messages, so we’re stuck having to cancel his phone and sort him out with a new number!

I keep getting texts from a number, but when I try to text 'stop' back to 8870, it just doesn't work. I'm still getting charged for them, which is really annoying.
