For the past few months they’ve been taking between 10 and 20 quid a month from me. I sent “stop” to the numbers O2 provided but no luck, the charges keep coming. Tried calling the O2 number for help but no answer - feels like I’m stuck with this. O2 won’t block this company on my line either. Honestly don’t know what else to try now.

Been getting texts from this number which keep adding £5 each time to my phone bill. It’s been driving me mad! I’m with EE and thankfully they’ve blocked it now, but honestly, this is ridiculous and there's no way it should be allowed to happen.
