I keep getting calls from people claiming they’re from TalkTalk, usually with an Asian accent, saying there’s something wrong with my router. I’m pretty sure they’re after my personal info or security stuff. I rang TalkTalk myself and they told me it’s definitely a scam.

Got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk, though their accent sounded South East Asian. The voice felt familiar, like I'd heard it on past calls before - they usually ring about fixing my router issues. I just decided to end the call.

I picked up and immediately ended the call.

I got a call claiming to be from TalkTalk saying my computer was hacked and they needed to fix it. They said they’d help sort everything out.

I phoned TalkTalk to check and they confirmed it was a spam call. As soon as the caller wanted to get into my computer, I just ended the call straight away.
