somebody called sayin they were gonna sue me or something like that

I got a missed call from this number and, out of curiosity, I rang back since it didn’t seem dodgy at first. A bloke picked up and said he was a deputy environmental officer (which I thought was strange). He then asked for my name. I told him I wasn’t giving out my info unless I knew who he was and why he was calling. He replied that he couldn’t help me without my name. Honestly, the whole thing felt pretty sketchy, so just watch out, folks.
