I was expecting calls about my recent Debt Relief Order, so I took the call. It took me a moment to work out whether he meant 'death' or 'debt'. The individual on the line purported to represent O2. They seemed quite convincing and even had my full name at their disposal. However, their English left much to be desired. They proposed a discount and requested that I provide my code.
