11 yearsI suppose it was a cold call, wasn’t it? The caller asked if I was someone named Jack, which I’m not, obviously. When I inquired who was on the line, they mentioned they were from some company or other, claiming they needed to verify my order number for a microscope. Naturally, I was baffled and said, “What microscope?” That must have ruffled her feathers, as she abruptly shouted something and hung up. Quite bizarre behaviour, really!
