Classic scam move trying to sound techy, I heard the woman mention "Microsoft" and "your computer" which instantly gave it away. Another scam attempt, so I've blocked the number and removed it.

Terrible connection for nowadays! A lady with what sounded like an American accent was on the line, but I could hardly make out what she was saying. She claimed to be from Microsoft and mentioned something about my PC. If she’s not actually based here in the UK, then the number was probably faked. Pretty sure it was a scam attempt, but luckily it didn’t work this time!
