I received a phone call from this individual who initially struck me as quite courteous, requesting merely twenty seconds of my time. He even wished me well, stating, "God bless you, madam," which I found rather pleasant. However, when I informed him that I wasn’t comfortable sharing any details over the phone, his demeanor shifted entirely. He turned extremely aggressive, hurling insults and swearing at me, calling me an idiot multiple times. Quite the transformation, wouldn’t you say?
