We've hired AES Contractors from Cambridge a few times now for solar panels and heat pumps and they've always done a cracking job. They’ve been around for ages and you can tell they know their stuff. Friendly and polite chaps every time. Definitely would suggest giving them a go.

Number I didnt recongise called me. I didnt answer and they didnt leave any message. Looked like one of those spam or dodgy sales calls to me, so I just ignored it.

I picked up a call but there was nothing on the other end, so I ended up hanging up. It could be that they were trying to ring multiple times.

We had a chat last year, you might recall.” No, I don’t remember that because we’ve never had any conversation. That opener is proper classic scammer nonsense. Really poor. Avoid these lot. Better to just not answer at all.

Had a ring from this number earlier today…
“Good day, Mr S……. It’s Energy Solutions on the line. We chatted last year, if you recall.”
Well, to be honest, I don’t recall anything because we’ve never had a natter.
This opening gambit is straight out of the dodgy dealer’s playbook. Quite laughable, really.
Steer clear of these types. Just ignore their calls entirely.

I received a call from this number regarding energy savings. The caller asked to speak with the homeowner. When I informed him that I wasn't the homeowner, he simply disconnected the call. Whatever happened to basic courtesy and politeness these days?

The company in question appears to be "Anglia Energy Solutions." They claim to be affiliated with some sort of Government initiative aimed at reducing your heating expenses. However, I remain quite sceptical about their true motives; for all we know, it could be a ploy to gain entry into your home, push for double glazing installations, or otherwise extract cash from unsuspecting individuals. Frankly, they’ve become quite a nuisance.
