I can confirm that this phone number isn't associated with any spam activities. It's actually from a company that provides Occupational Therapy services. I spoke to a lovely woman who was more than accommodating when I mentioned that I couldn't make our originally scheduled appointment. She was quite cheerful in helping to reschedule it.

I reached out to Access Independent, as they are responsible for conducting evaluations for various local councils. It appears that Hampshire County Council has decided to outsource their assessments due to a significant backlog stretching over two years, which means there simply aren’t enough occupational therapists to handle the growing demands.

I recently had a lovely interaction with an Occupational Therapy firm that assists with Blue badges and Freedom passes among other things. They rang me to check if I was free for an appointment, and when I mentioned I was unable to attend, they were more than willing to reschedule. Definitely not junk mail!
