Got the same message pop up on my phone just today.

Just got a message saying I paid £479.99 to 'HALFORDS' with a code 372146 from Lloyds. I never ordered anything like this! It told me to ring 01223202133 if I didn’t make the payment, with a ref TD3197GB. Already sent it off to 7726 to report the scam.
