I've spotted this number on my Post Office Broadband statement recently, and I'm certain I've never dialled it. Yet, the Post Office keeps insisting I've made calls to it! Now, this same number's popped up on my mobile phone too. No idea who they are and I've definitely not rung them. Can someone explain how this is even possible? And why on earth am I being charged for calls I never made on my broadband bill? When will someone do something to stop this nonsense?
