I've noticed this number cropping up on my Post Office Broadband invoice, and it's rather puzzling, as I've never placed a call to them at all. Yet, the Post Office keeps asserting that I've reached out to them! To make matters more perplexing, this same number has now shown up on my mobile phone! I'm completely in the dark about who they are and can confidently say that I’ve NEVER called them! Is there anyone out there who can shed some light on how this could happen and why on earth I should be footing the bill for these dubious calls on my broadband statement? When will someone take action against these shenanigans?
