Got called up by what seemed like another accident claims outfit - it was a recorded message at first, then a bloke who was quite rude, asking if I could speak English. He wanted me to explain my accident, but when I asked him which company he was with, he went on to ask if I was deaf or hard of hearing, then insisted I pass it to someone who spoke English. I told him to find a proper job and wished him a good day, lol.
