Had one of those silent calls today, ended with some robotic voice saying goodbye. Seriously getting so annoying, especially since I’m ex-directory so how do they even get my number?

I received a call from a claims company regarding my PPI and they mentioned the compensation figure I could potentially get. However, they mentioned that the bank would take a hefty 40% for their admin fees. They also seemed quite keen on persuading me to consider purchasing life insurance in order to sidestep those deductions. Quite the tactic, really!
