They instructed me to hit 1 if I wished to cancel this supposed renewal. Honestly, Amazon would never reach out in such a shabby manner-it's just not their style. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, I'd say there's a nine out of ten chance it's a complete scam.
