Someone called saying they were from Advantage and asked me to confirm my name after I told them. Then they mentioned having some tech issues and said they’d ring me later.

Got a call from 01227947022 and, as usual, there was some garbled recording on the other end. I ended up just binning it straight away. Honestly, not sure why I even keep a landline anymore - it's pretty much just a magnet for dodgy calls and scams.

Got a call from 012227 954320, some bloke claiming to be from the tax office. He said I was linked to tax fraud and if I didn’t hit button 1 to sort it out, they’d send a warrant for my arrest. Honestly, if you’re a bit quick to panic, these scams could easily trick you. So beware of these muppets!

Got a robo call saying that if I don’t press 1 to talk to someone, I’ll get a warrant or something. Total scam! Ignore it, don’t press anything.
