Got a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming he was part of the BT tech team. Seemed like a total scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT asking about what gadgets we had in the house. They wouldn’t show any ID or prove who they were. So I rang BT directly, and they said the number didn’t belong to them and they had no record of this call. Definitely a scam.
