I got a robo call telling me my account was about to be shut down, and they said to press 1 to talk to someone. I figured it was dodgy, but I still pressed 1. Then the person on the other end started asking for my bank info. I didn’t play along, and as soon as I asked some questions, the call just cut off. Definitely a scam!
