8 yearsGot a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent claiming to be from Talk Talk. She told me there was an issue with my broadband and that it’d be cut off unless I acted quickly. She was aware of my landline number and even which internet provider I use. She said she needed to guide me through some setup steps on my PC but refused to send any written instructions beforehand. Then, when I asked for a proper Talk Talk phone number to ring her back or some kind of reference, she couldn’t provide one.
