This week I've received several calls on my landline from similar numbers like 01230015968 and 01220011148. The person on the other end, sounding like she’s from South Asia, claims to be from BT and insists my internet has been hacked. She wants my bank details to supposedly stop any theft. She sounded like she was reading off a script and didn’t back down even when I told her I knew it was a scam. After a bit, I just hung up. These calls always come early in the morning.
