Had a call from some lot calling themselves Adept, and it was the usual nonsense. They’re obviously using some old dial-up style setup, judging by how slow they were to reply. Took the woman a good couple of minutes to twig that her script wasn’t programmed for what I was saying. I reckon the moment she clocked it was when I asked about potential compensation for injuries from reckless driving - still, she needed a good half-minute to figure out how to answer that!

Got a call saying I’d been in a crash that wasn’t down to me. Felt a bit dodgy though.
