This number rang me claiming to be from BT Openreach. When they started talking about changing my password and reconfiguring stuff, I said I needed to step out. I rang my service provider afterwards and they told me BT Openreach haven’t been in touch at all - no record anywhere. So, pretty obvious this was a scam call, and I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.
