The line was really bad and there was a lot of noise, like from a busy call centre or something, so I couldn’t catch his name properly. He claimed to be from Sky. Then he put me through to someone higher up, the supervisor I guess, who told me to enter something on my laptop browser. I had no clue what he was babbling about.
