I was sifting through my missed calls and stumbled upon this number. Being a young person, I'm not permitted to answer unknown calls. This occurred about a month back, but I haven’t got the foggiest idea who it might be or what they wanted.

A lady phoned me claiming their files indicated I’d been involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault. I agreed, but when she asked for the date, I told her if they had it on record, they should know already. She then mentioned something about their stats team and put me on hold, so I just ended the call.

Some woman claimed she worked for some company (didn’t catch the name) and said she knew I’d been in a car crash that wasn’t my fault. She then asked if that was true? I said no, since I haven’t had any accidents. Straight after, she just cut the call without a word.

I'm at my wit's end with this number that's been persistently calling me for the last month. I’ve no clue who it belongs to, but quite frankly, it’s becoming utterly infuriating! They seem to ring me over and over, often just after I’ve had a call from them. I’m one for not picking up unless I recognise the number, so is there any way to block them? It’s baffling how my number ended up in their hands anyway. My partner has mentioned that this same number has been harassing him too. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I had a missed call from 0121 but didn’t pick up since I don’t recognise that number. After seeing loads of negative comments about it, I decided to block it. Honestly, whoever is handing out these numbers should be made to stop if they’re gonna bother people like this. It’s proper annoying. Mr G

Got a call from a girl who said she was from some company but I couldnt catch the name properly. I dont drive so it wasnt any of my business, told her that their company seems to have poor ethics since Im on the TPS list and they should really re-think how they handle data. She just hung up immediately after that.

This number called me while I was right there at my dad's hospital bedside, who was very unwell. Do these callers have any clue that people go through tough moments? Ever since we got a rental after our own car got damaged by another driver while parked, we've been getting nonstop calls. I can only guess that the hire car company, Hertz, or maybe the insurance firm Saga, might have passed on our number. It's absolutely disgusting.

Just a heads up, when I told them to take my number off their list, they just hung up on me. I called back but it wouldn’t even pick up. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and block the number. It’s a fake “you’ve been in an accident” scam - definitely report it so they get shut down quicker.

They claimed they got my info from some motor insurance list. I asked if they really had my details, then I said, "What's my name then?" They just ended the call straight away and never bothered again. Most times they're just messing about, probably trolling Gumtree for cars on sale before ringing.

It seems there's been some kind of mix-up regarding a car accident involving me, although I assure you it wasn't on my part. The peculiar thing is, they wouldn't share any details about when this supposedly happened and abruptly ended the call. To no one's surprise, I've never been involved in such an incident! Best, DB
