8 yearsI got a call from a woman who spoke with an Indian accent, saying she was from BT's internet tech team. She asked me to enter some stuff on my computer so she could look at my broadband. When I asked for my account info or my name, she couldn’t provide either, and neither could some bloke she called her supervisor.
