7 yearsI got a ring from this number the other day. The woman on the other end sounded like she might be Chinese and said she was from BT Open Reach. She kept saying they control my internet even though I’ve got a different provider, and that there were loads of problems with it so they were going to take charge. The phone line was really poor, with loads of background noise like an office. She kept pushing and wouldn't take no for an answer.
