She mentioned something about a car crash, but honestly, I don’t believe Kirsty is a real person; she seemed like one of those half-automated marketing bots. When I asked where they got my details from, she said fine, she’d connect me to her supervisor, then just ended the call. This kind of behaviour is rubbish and I thought it was against the law now.
