They called me, but I didn’t pick up. Left a voicemail with nothing on it, so I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a call from 0121 828 9372, some woman asked if I’d been in an accident but refused to tell me who she was representing. When I kept asking she just talked over me, which was really annoying! Does anyone know how you can take action against these firms that just bother you out of the blue?

Got a call from Laura Hayes at Adept Consultancy on 01212387105. It sounded like a recorded message coz she never answered when I spoke. She mentioned something about me being in an accident, then said she'd take my number off their list and just ended the call.

Got a call from Laura saying I’d been in some accident. I asked her “which one?” and she got all rude, talking over me. She said she had my info and wanted me to confirm it. So I told her, “why don’t you confirm your details with me first?” Then she just shouted “f##k off!” and slammed the phone down.
