I told them I don’t have an account with them and then they just cut the call. They said they worked in the promo department but didn’t have my email on file. I ended up giving it to them, plus my home address. No extra details came from their side though. Later, they sent an email where the monthly fee they quoted didn’t match what I actually pay, and they said I’d be getting a 40% discount. While I was trying to check the info they gave me, the call just cut off. Normally, anything official from Sky comes from an email ending with .sky, but this message had a .com domain instead.
