When I picked up the call, there was a big pause before anyone said anything. Then a voice claimed to be from BT, offering to fix my slow internet since apparently there was a fault reported. Total scam! Tried ringing the number they gave me back and it just said it’s disconnected. Avoid these dodgy calls!
