I wouldnt pick up if this number rings you. They always claim they’re from the uk benefits office but trust me, they ain’t. If you think you might be eligible for extra benefits, best to get in touch with the department for work and pensions yourself. Or if you’re already on benefits and think you’re missing out, call your local council’s benefits team to check things properly. Don’t fall for their tricks! And if they keep ringing, get yourself a whistle and give it a good blow down the phone, they’ll get the hint sooner or later. Don’t let these muppets scam you!
