dodgy lot! first got a call off some woman called emma from aspect consulting or summat, then it switched over to an indian call centre. absolute jokers. i just messed about with them, gave fake info about a car accident and used a made-up name. had a laugh playing them at their own tricks. ended up hanging up on me after about ten minutes! what a shower.
