Might be legit. He knew my last name and pitched a free check on my double glazing, saying there might be a grant if it wasn’t up to scratch. Since it's in my area, he said he could pop by. The guy was quite polite and mentioned his first name but didn’t say what company he was with. Didn’t sound local either. I ended up saying no thanks.
