Got a call from a woman saying it wasnt about selling anything, just a loft insulation survey. She had my name and address and wanted me to say I was the owner. When I asked for her full name, she only gave a first name and a company that sounded made up. Then I asked where she was calling from and she admitted it was the Philippines. The number showed up as a UK one but looked dodgy, definitely looks like a scam trying to hide where it really came from.

Got a call from some random number again, bloke with a thick accent I could barely make out, going on about some government thing for loft insulation. Told him I wasn’t interested but he kept pushing like I hadn’t said anything. Tried to explain it wasn’t a sales call, but he just wouldn’t listen. Had to keep talking over him till he finally gave up. Blocking them seems pointless anyway since they always ring from different numbers. Proper annoying!
